Taking Warfarin Tablets Along With Lupus Medication For Bell's Palsy And Lupus. How Long Should The Warfarin Tablets Be Continued?

Hello Doctor,
my wife aged about 28 years with lupus (SLE with APLA), got mild brain stroke, called bell's palsy in 2010.Then onwards she is taking warfarin tablets 5 mg daily along with Lupus medication. Could you please advise how long will continue with warfarin tablets.

Dear we will advice better is you send us the MRI result anyway if it is Bell's palsy for sure warfarin should be taken for the rest of her life because its the only way to predict new stroke.Wish you all the best dint hesitate to contact for any other question
