Psychiatrist 's  Response
Hi there ~

There is no easy way to get things out of your system other than gradually reducing your dosage of the medication under supervision. I strongly advise you to consider taking yourself to a substance abuse counselor who will eventually help you motivate yourself to get into treatment with a good qualified health care practitioner or a psychiatrist. You seem to most definitely need admission. I hope this helps.

Take care and have a lovely day !
