Hi,

Having bloated stomach and feeling bowels up and down could be as a side effect of metformin.

The headache you are feeling might be due to uncontrolled hypertension.

The rash on the legs and arms with a burning feeling could be related to:
- possible side effect of the medications you take (except for metformin)
- possible skin infection (suspected erysipela).
So, I suggest to consult dermatologist to find out the right diagnosis and to take treatment in time.

Hope it helped!
