Taking Medicine For Lower Back Pain. Urine Test Result Suspicious. Have Diabetes Type 2

I have been taking pain medication for my lower back pain and RLS for 4 or 5 months on a regular basis as prescribed by my doctor. She recently ran a urine drug screen and it showed no trace of the medication that she has prescribed. Today I received a certified letter from her saying that since the urine test raises suspicion of misuse and particularly diversion, she (my doctor) is no longer comfortable providing medical care to me. I get cortozone injections in my back 3 times a year which helps some. I have constant back pain, neuropathy pain in my legs and RLS that keeps me awake at night if I don't take something to help me. I am diabetic type 2. I am 81 years old. I need a doctor that will help me or I wil surely die. Please advise me.
