I am afraid that this platform is give guidance and not a place where we treat patients or give prescriptions. Even if wrote a prescription online it shall not be honoured due to registration issues.
I suggest that you should consult your doctor and then get medicines. Taking medicines on your own can be dangerous at times and I would not recommend.
I hope I have answered your query to your satisfaction.
Wishing you all the best.
