Taking Glimmer For Diabetes. How Can I Check For Complications From Diabetes?

I have diabetes for the last 3 year. I am taking one tab of glimmer 2 mg. per day. I have no cholesterol problem. can you tell me please what I can do to check complications from diabetes. what test I should do to check for further care and good health

Hi, I feel should can get your HbA1c levels to know your glycemic control over last three months. You can get your eye/fundus examination for any evidence of diabetic retinopathy,urine examination for any albuminuria and renal function tests for Serum Creatinine monitoring.Meanwhile watch for any symptoms of diabetic neuropathy like feeling of numbness or burning pain in feet etc. Hope it helps.
