Hello,
You take a progesterone preparation like NORETHISTERONE ( REGESTERONE ) instead of crimson 35.
Take REGISTERONE 5 mg twice a day and start it 3 days before the due date.
Keep on taking till you want to delay your periods.
You can stop taking it when you want to resume your periods.
Stopping the pill will result in withdrawl bleeding.
Thanks
