Hi , I am Dr.kadhir, Both diclofenac (voltarian) and Tramadol (conzip is also tramadol)) is not usually prescribed for long-term use due to the undesirable effects . Comparatively diclofenace has more side effects that are usually life threatening like heart, renal and hepatic diseases. Tramadol works well in the short term eg: post-operative pain but there is no evidence for long- term benefits and mean time the drug will not be effective in prolonged use (called tolerance to the drug) and as you said it definitely has some addiction (physical dependence) potential. Now a days there are lots of pain clinics in cities and pain physicians are doing excellent work. I suggest you to go for a pain physician for treatment rather than prolonged use of these drugs.
