Hi, thanks for using healthcare magic

Krimson 35 is a contraceptive that can be used in PCOD. PCOD is a condition associated with irregular periods, difficulty conceiving, symptoms and signs of increased level of male hormones and cysts in the ovaries

The signs and symptoms of increased male hormones are abnormal hair growth (such as on the chin like you are describing), acne.
Because this medication is an antiandrogen (acts against the male hormones), it reduces the effects of the increased level on these hormones.
PCOD , itself, is associated with increased weight, this is the reason that weight loss is a part of treatment.

In addition to the use of these medications the other aspects of treatment include weight loss and the use of metformin.

If you wish to conceive then you can discontinue the medication, if you do not wish to conceive then you can continue it and also add the other aspects of treatment mentioned.

I hope this helps
