Taken Morning After Pill After Unprotected Sex. Brown Spotting, Lower Back Pain, Sensitive Nipples. Pregnant?

hi my last period was around the 19 april,on 6 may at 4pm i had unprotected sex took morning after pill on the 8 at 1430.on the 17 may are saw brown spots until the 19 may when i started period which lasted 3-4(thats how it lasts normally).My concern is i have lower back pain and my nipples have sensitive feeling but no sore(breast not sore) can i be pregnant?

I have gone through your history.

As you have normal periods or breakthrough bleed after having unprotected sex, there is no chances of having pregnancy.
Your symptoms might be suggestive of impending regular cyclic bleed or pelvic infection.
You should rule out infection by examination of gynecologist.
