Swollen Wrist, Rashes, Practiced Rugby. Treatment?

My wrist is slightly swollen on the top side and theres a small red rash in that area. It doesn't really hurt mostly feels swollen. I think its range of motion is slightly less than normal. What might be causing this?
I did have rugby practice this evening but it didn't start happening until a little while ago. I had no pain, swelling, or rash at practice.

Dear sir ,

I think you should need to consult a specialist for this and get yourself evaluated for arthritis .
