Swollen Left Labia Majora, Itching, Burning Sensation, Symptoms Occurred After Shaving. Treatment Options?
I have a swollen left labia majora and it itches and burns. It also hurts when i sit or stand up. I dont think its yeast infection because i dont have cottage cheese discharge . I shaved one day and it started then. It went away and came back after having intercourse with my significant other. What should i do? Are there any precautions or treatments for it that i can use?

It seems to be hair route infection after shaving and intercourse.
Most likely it is mix infection.It might be due to scratching after perspiration and sex.
You have to take proper local care.Use medicated soap to clean.Keep that area dry.Avoid sex till get complete cure.Avoid unprotected sex.Don't wear tight undergarment
Apply anti fungal,antibacterial and steroid containing cream.
Local clindamycin gel/cream will be helpful.
Start oral antibiotic like oflox/ornidazole,moxiflox,azithromycin and anti fungal like flucanazole 150 under guidance of your doctor.

Yeast infection need not have a cottage cheese discharge invariably. What you have is swollen labia majora + itching + burning. These complaints are after intercourse and shaving that area. Any physical injury can produce all these symptoms.
Take drugs like - antibiotic + anti inflammatory drugs + anti allergic + local application of creams containing antibiotic, anti fungal and cortisone.
