Hello!

Thank you for the query.

Pain during urinating, lower abdominal pain can be caused by urinary tract stones or infection. But yours other symptoms like weight lost, spasms in abdomen, constipation, nausea can be caused by some serious disease of large intestine. It can be an inflammatory bowels disease or colon cancer. And as a result, bowels obstruction could appear. Urinary tract infection can be just a result of bowels disease (as water is absorbed in large intestine).
That is why I suggest you to visit your doctor and have some tests done. Abdominal X-ray, abdominal ultrasound and blood work should be first. Depending of the results, colonoscopy might be necessary.

Hope this will help.
Regards.
