Hello gertrude.gotte,

Welcome to the forum. Since you have sinus you should have an X-ray PNS done and get properly treated. Visit an ENT Specialist and get treated for your cold. You also need a routine blood examination and T3, T4, TSH to diagnose the cause of your swollen glands. It is important to see your eosinophil level, high eosinophil levels. They may cause blood disorders, subcutaneous and endocrine disorders, allergy, drug reactions, etc.

Thyroid dysfunction can also be a cause of the swollen glands. Chest tightness can be due to congestion that needs to be cleared out and properly treated.

Sometimes such swellings may occur due to stress and tensions and allergy to cold. You also need a USG to diagnose the cause of the lumps. Visit a General physician and get treated without loss of time. Take care.
