Hello and welcome to HCM,

A neck swelling can be due to enlarged lymph node, thyroid swelling, soft tissue swelling or bony growth.
A scan of the neck will help to know the origin of the swelling.
An aspiration cytology of the swelling will sample the cells from the swelling.
These cells will be stained and examined microscopically.
This investigation will determine the origin of the lesion and its character.
The management will depend on the result of the investigation.
Swelling and pain in the wrist and elbow sugests some joint problem.
Arthritis especially rheumatoid arthritis is commonly seen in women.
However, rheumatoid arthritis involves the small joints of hands.
Few blood tests are required to diagnose or rule out rheumatoid arthritis.
The fatigue and tiredness that you are experinecing can be due to anemia.
So, get complete hemogrom with peripheral blood smear examination.
Consult your physician for clinical examination, relevant investigations and thus management.

Thanks and take care
