Swelling In Arm, Mosquito Bite, Itching. Allergic To Penicillin. Given Keflex. Is It Urticaria?

I'm allergic to Penicillin. My doctor knows this. A week ago I got bit by a mosquito and my arm swelled up to almost twice it's usual size. I thought it was just my urticaria, but it stayed for several days. Now, the doctor has given me Keflex. I took the first dose tonight and my throat feels funny. I'm more itchy than normal, as well. Not sure if it's an allergic reaction, but thought I'd check.
