Swelling In Anus Mouth, Painful, Bleeding While Going To Toilet, Had White Discharge, Severe Constipation. Treatment?
I have a swelling in the mouth of the anus for the past ten days. It is bit painful. once in a year i get swelling and it breakes in four or five days and will become normal. This time i had blood bleeding once while going to toilet from anus day before yesterday. last night i had white discharge from anus. i am suffering from constipation for the past ten years. please advise me.

If I were your treating doctor for this case of bleeding from anus and swelling over anal region, I would come up with these possibilities , these includes,
1 Hemorrhoids ( piles with bleeding or without bleeding ) may bee due to constipation , undue strain for defecation ( as there were constipation).
Diagnosis can be confirmed by physical examination by a surgeon/ physician .
After confirmation take treatment according to the advice of doctor.
2 fistula in anus , however in fistula there develops intense pain and also swelling around anus, but in fistula usually fecal matter pass from orifice of fistula. Diagnosis can be confirmed by physical examination by doctor.
3 least chances may be due to skin disease ( as skin around anus is very soft ) and swelling due to constipation pressure .
Can be confirmed by dermatologist.
