Suggest Ways Of Treating Back Pain Other Than Surgery

Dear Sir/Madam

I am suffering from Sevier back pain while
1, bending down
2, long time sitting (my nature of work is long time sitting)
3, lifting the lug
4, jogging
5, bending to wear clothes and shoes
And I am gaining weight in normal diet, before 2 year 62 kg and now 78 kg, because of back pain I cannot do any exercise.
As per my medical report doctor suggested me for surgery. I want to know whether I can avoid it
Previous treatment details and MRI report are enclosed here with it. But after all these treatment I am having the back pain as Sevier as before.

Dear patient from all your complaints I think u are suffering from spinal instability with mechanical back ache. I cannot find your mri report. There are many ways of treating back pain but I should be aware of your mri report. Also kindly get radiograph of lumbosacral spine anteroposterior and lateral views. You are putting on weight which also increase stress on your spine and increases back pain. So try to control weight and reducing weight will lead to back pain relief.i cannot comment on need of surgery unless I see your mri report.so please send it so I can plan your treatment.
