Suggest Ways Of Reducing Body Weight

Hi ..i'm 35yrs old married women..my biggest pbm is my weight..am now 125kgs now..and having more weight in my thighs...and am getting irregular periods too..after delivery my weight started increasing...i'm trying to loose my wgt at least to 95 kgs.. Can liposuction be a good option for that and how much does it costs for that in chennai hospitals.Can u suggest good hospital ? help me to reduce my weight

Hi,

You can lose weight by balanced diet.. with patience and some motivation

Weight loss is not a miracle.. You have to eat balanced and exercise regular for achieving a ideal body weight for life long.

Also dieting is not a solution for weight loss, Instead eat local and all seasonal food items and be regular in physical activity


Please follow the undermentioned points:-

1. drink 3-4 lit water every day
2. Start your day with 1-2 glass warm water - get fresh and take 1 Glass fenugreek seeds water ( to regulate periods) - 8-10 soaked almonds and then go for morning exercise
3. Opt for wheat pooriadge/ Milk porriadge/ stuffed roties/ vegetable sandwiches/ Boiled pulses + 1 cup milk
4. Take 5 meals per day - 3 major meals and 2 small meals
5. 2 Servings of fruits every day
6. Eat all local and seasonal fruits and vegetables ( even mangoes ) but in limit
7. Take 2-3 Cups of green tea every day - 1 at bed time before sleep
