Suggest Ways Of Reducing Body Weight

I am 53yold female, overweight (156cm tall, weigh 80 kgs) with a heart rate of 56 as tested today. BP is a little above normal. Live a busy life, always on the go but do not work out much. I have had a total colectomy 6 years ago for adenomatous polyposis and I know I am dehydrated much of the time. Can dehydration change or put pressure on BP and or do I seem quite healthy?
