hi ,my self amit ,and i am want to quite smokeless tabacoo,but the problem is that when i tried to quite it,my resistance or stamina decreases,and i am suffering from joint pain,body pain ,head pain, and some time energyless. plz sugest me better way to keep out ,and physical fit.

for smoking to quit you must have motivation to quit it.
because initially you faced withdrawal features adn so your motivation is necessary.
for quitting there are many medication helpful to you like nicotine replacement gum or lozenges and also benzodiazepins to relive anxiety features.
for craving also bupropion is good molecule.
so best is to consult psychiatrist for detail counselling and treatment .
