Hi I had a test of my sperm according to doctor I have some problem with my progressive motility rate then I had start taking noni drink.pls guide me that how it is helpful for me to increase my progressive motility rate. My age is 29 years Hight 5.7 weight 76

Hello,

The Noni juice can increase sperm count and motility.

However I suggest you take L arginine, zinc, Co enzyme Q10 containing tablet as well like hey Forte.

Multivitamin tablet also beneficial.

Take green leafy vegetables and fruits more.

You should consult nearby urologist or andrologist for detailed evaluation.

Don't do smoking or alcohol.
