hello doctor .my husband is having a oligasermia his sperm count level is low i.e 12 , motility is 40 and pus cells are 5-6/HPF we conducted this test on 29/11/10.

Hello,
First of all we have to see the cause of oligospermia. If its due to infection, simply be treating infection things will get better. Zinc, vitamin C and vitamin D supplements also help in improving sperm count.
