Suggest Treatment Of Seborrheic Dermatitis And Eczema?

my doctor told me i have Seborrheic dermatitis and eczema my back and trunk is very itchy and have small red spots which itches a lot... my face also itches a lot... i wash my hair with salisia KT and apply fudic BNF.. is there a better solution to this
