Suggest Treatment For Worst Heart Burn And Indigestion During Pregnancy

I am 37 weeks pregnant today n I woke up with the worst heartburn n indegestion I threw up 4 times between 1-4 am n its now 2 pm n I still feel horrible I haven't thrown up anymore but my stomach is sour and I am scared to eat anything with fear of throwing up again. I had cereal this.morning but it didn't sit well. Is this signs of labor?

during pregnancy because of increased intra-abdominal pressure the stomach contents tend to regurgitate and cause these symptoms. it is advisable to eeat food and not fall asleep immediately after that. also you can take proton pump inhibitors like pantoprazole . nausea and vomiting may be side effect of these drugs in some patients so do keep an ondansetron tablet by your side in case this happens.
