Suggest Treatment For Upset Stomach With Occasional Pain And Nausea

My 13 year old child has had an upset stomach for four (4) days. He has complained of occasional stomach pain, periodic nausea and bubbling when having bowel movements. I have given his Maalox and a mild fiber solution as he was also having trouble with bowels over the past few days. No fever or vomiting has occurred.
