Suggest Treatment For Uneasiness During Period

My 115 year old daughter is having her 3rd menstruation soon. She feels sick and dizzy .Her heart blood pressure seems ok .But her pulse is around 110. We are worried .She also had headache and high pulse when she was having her last period too. Can you consult what we should do?
