I am a 23 year old male 6'1" 215 lbs. I am a casual smoker, non drinker and I strength train about 5-6 times per week. I have noticed the troubling onset of two symptoms ( I do not know if they are related) but they have been growing more severe with time. Almost a year ago, I noticed that when I would straighten either or both arms my bicep would twitch (non painful spasm that you can visibly see through the skin). This usually will happen when I am not thinking about straightening my arm, but rather when I am just mindlessly performing everyday tasks. It does not interfere with my life that much but it has grown to be very annoying, and happens more and more frequently. Additionally, I have had an increase in "eye floaters" primarily in my left eye. Again, this symptom is also non-painful, however, it has gotten to the point that it will interfere with my vision (some days worse than others). Can you help?
