Hello,

The given symptoms could be due to endocrine dysfunction but as you stated here that you have gone through the thyroid test and other, so it seems to be age and gender-related symptoms (You have not mentioned your gender here).

I would like to advise you to get done the endocrine test even if it is done before, menopause could be another cause of the symptoms that you have, repeated urinary tract infection demands medical attention if it is the female patient because renal disease or stone condition are common causes, it is advisable to get done the urine culture sensitivity test for complete eradication of urinary tract infection, drink more water, in differential diagnosis, fibromyalgia could the cause.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Akhtarhusain
