Suggest Treatment For The Stiffness In The Neck
i have been having discomfort to my neck area (around the adams apple for a few months) I am also experiencing joint pain, wrists, elbows, hips etc. Not sure if one thing has to do with another. I get stiff neck and I seem to wake up with this issue every night.
