Suggest Treatment For Testicular Pain

Hi, this is Dipankar, 29yrs. I am suffering from a problem since last 12-13 yrs. When I am with my girlfriend or just talking to her for a long time over phone, i feel heavy pain in my testis. Usually the epididymis part of the testis get swelled resulting with testis pain and severe back pain. It takes long time to get releaved. If can suggest me something plaease.

Hi.
Getting pain in the testis on excitement of any nature indicates that there is a blockage in the vas deference.
I would advise you to consult an Urologist and Sonologist and perform the same act to elicite the pain so that actual problems can be picked up and treated properly.
The solution will be surgical obviously.
