Most common cause for this is tuberculosis. Her TB gold test is also positive with high CRP (C Reactive Protein) and ESR (erythrocyte sedimentation rate). All these favour TB more. But confirmation should be done by aspiration of synovial fluid from hip joint and send it for ADA (adenosine Deaminase) level. ADA is marker of tb infection infection fluid. So if ADA of fluid is also high, better to start anti TB drugs. So consult orthopedic doctor and discuss about synovial fluid aspiration. Hope I have solved your query.
