Suggest Treatment For Swollen Tonsils And Fever

Hello. I got a fever the night before last. I had the chills and a pounding headache. My tonsil are also very red a swollen and I have a white spot in one of them. Today I no longer have a fever (but I m taking Ibuprofen, a fever reducer) however now I have pain in both my ears along with a headache and sore throat. However the white spot on my tonsil has turned brownish. Both tonsils and still inflamed. Tonsillitis maybe?

Hi,
You are having symptoms of tonsillitis. In my opinion, you should take Paracetamol SOS for fever, a cough syrup and an antibiotic like amoxyclav 625 mg PO three times a day for 3 days. However, this is a prescription medicine, i advice you to meet the local doctor to confirm the diagnosis. I hope this has helped you. Wish you good health. Take care.
