Hi welcome to health care magic.... Here your child having viral or bacterial pharyngitis including enlarged tonsil.. Posterior pharynx and general physical examination needs to be done... Work up needed with.... -CBC and differential count -ASO titre -throat swab if needed -auscultation etc.. Give him more water... If count high with neutrophilia than antibiotic given... Lozenges can be given to chew... Avoid high spicy diet.... Fruits given more with citrus fruits. Neurological examination also done... Advise :As having fits also as per history it is better to consult pediatrition for examination... Take care
