Suggest Treatment For Swollen Lymph Nodes
Hi, may I answer your health queries right now ? Please type your query here... my daughter has and is still having problems with swollen sore lymph nodes on the left side of her body. she has had one removed from behind her left ear. she also has lost weight and runs a fever off and on. her family doctor has done blood work repeatedly and says every thing is fine. i would like a second opinion from a doctor that deals more with the lympatic system. what tyoe of dr would that be

Multiple enlarged lymph nodes with fever do suggest an infection or malignancy(lymphoma). Was biopsy of that lymph node done when removed? If yes then what were the results? I would suggest you to consult a Medical Specialist for detailed examination and workup.
