Is Wysolone The Right Medicine For Swollen Lymph Nodes In The Neck?

Hi ,I have been diagnosed with swollen lymph nodes in neck ,daiphgram and abdomen region and problem is dermatopathic lymphadenopathy . Since skin related problem is not active I am currently in wyslone steroid and they say swollen lymph nodes will reduce . Is this treatment just right ?

without diagnosis steroid should not be used. there can be dependency and side effect.if there is infection it may aggravate and with steroid masking of symptoms will be there. treatment is not right.
