Suggest Treatment For Swollen Anus, Protruding Labia Minora And UTI

I am being treated for a uti but along with that, my labia minor is protruding out, is huge and hard and it hurts to touch it. There is swelling to my anus. My ob called in a medicine for yeast infection but it isn't working so. Far. What should I do?

Hi thanks for asking question.
Here according to history given it is mostly edematous lesion because of infection.
Do your CBC level.if acute infection is there your total count will high along with neutrophilia.
Start antibiotic like amoxiclavulate for 5 to 7 days.
Take one of the antiinflammatory drug like combiflam for pain and inflammation relief.
Drink more water.
Avoid spicy food.
Do not strain while defecation.
Cranberry juice and fruit juice helpful.
Just to rule out other cause of edema do your total serum protein estimation and albumin estimation and measure your blood pressure.
