Suggest Treatment For Swelling In Testicle

I have a swollen left testicle post vasectomy. There is no pain but it feels like the tube at the bottom of the scrotum is swollen. Also there is a pocket of something behind it. I have no fever and took my antibiotic. Is there anything that will relieve the swelling and should I be concerned. Thank you for your input.

Hi,Dear,Thanks for your query to HCM.
Dear I read your query and reviewed it with context to your query facts.
I understood your health concerns and feel Concerned about them.

Based on the facts of your query, you seem to suffer from-
Post-Vasectomy Funiculitis with Vasectomy Granuloma from used thread with ? Hematoma ? with infection ? chronic abscess in it.
Treatment -
USG of the left funicular stucture to assess the hematoma with infection under the spermatic cord.
Conservative -Treatment-
Antibiotic-Tab Ciplox 500 mg 1x 2 times a dayx 10 days time
Tab Chymoral Forte x 1 x 2 times a day x10 days time
Tab Dicloran A- 1x 2 times a day x 10 days time.
Surgical Treatment-
After Regression of the edema and swelling-
Surgical drainage of the sub spermatic cord collection of the sero-purulent discharge and debridement of the abscess wall would resolve the chronic funiculitis Post-Vasectomy.
If need be gausge packing with secondary intention healing - would be needed.

Hope this would help you to reduce worry with your problem.
Take care and wish you to recover fast and Live healthy.

Hope this reply would help you to plan further treatment with your family and specialist doctors there.

Welcome for any further query in this regard.
