Cardiologist 's  Response
Hello,

Your symptoms are suggestive of a viral infection. For this reason, I recommend taking an antiacid or PPI (omeprazole, pantoprazole) and taking ibuprofen or acetaminophen for the shakes. It is also necessary to closely monitor your body temperature, as shaking is a sign of fever. Consulting with your doctor again may be needed for some new tests.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Ilir Sharka, Cardiologist
