Suggest Treatment For Stomach Pain
I have been in absolute pain from stomach to bottom of intestines for 5 days now and in that time I can not pass wind because I lose my bowels. My bowel motions are pure yellow liquid and not changing. How many more days will this go on for. Food does not sit well just turns to liquid so does water so for 4 days now water is all I have consumed and still I am managing to pass yellow liquid bowel movements.

I really appreciate your concern, passing the stool three to four times in day is normal one and it may not needs any treatment but care needs to be taken for hydration in your case it seems to be infection and condition can be managed with the single dose of Sacnidazole 1 g ideally in this case the stool need to be send for pathological test just to rule out the infection but tentative treatment can be tried, hope this information helps.
