Suggest Treatment For Stomach Pain And Watery Diarrhea

I woke up yesterday to severe stomach pain, and extremely watery diarrhea. After a few hours vommiting ensued. I couldn't even keep water down. This is day 2 and I feel slightly better. Not as bad stomach pain, I can keep water down now, and dont feel as dizzy. Can I smoke marijuana to help with the stomach ache and nausea?

Hello,
I can understand your concern about your symptoms.
1) Marijuana would not help to reduce your symptoms, in fact it may aggravate episodes of vomiting.
2) Your symptoms are suggestive of gastroenteritis which is inflammation (redness + edema) of stomach and start part of small intestine. This develop due to irritation or allergy from particular food, partially cooked food or uncooked raw food.
3) Antibiotic medication, anti-spasmodic medication (for pain), medicine to prevent vomiting and anti-acidity medicines are mainstay part of treatment for gastroenteritis.
4) repeated episodes of vomiting and diarrhea might cause development of dehydration which require hospitalization for IV fluid therapy in case you would not able to drink/eat enough due to symptoms.

Hope I answered your query. If you have any further doubts, I would be happy to help you.
Have a nice day!
