Pediatrician 's  Response
Hi,

Weight of the child is normal for the age. The child is suffering from food intolerance / allergy. Cut the sugary, starchy substances. Do not give fruit juices, carbonated drinks. Give home rice kanji, idly etc. Also, give a dose of Zinc syp for 14 days. He will recover soon.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Rajmohan, Pediatrician
