Suggest Treatment For Stomach Pain And Loose Stools
I have occasional macrophages in my routine stool examination. Pus cells and epithelial cells are 0-1 hpf. I have been experiencing a slight pain on the left side of my stomach accompanied by loose stools 2-3 times a day. Pls advise if this report is of any significance and what is the treatment. Thank you.

There's no major problem with you.
Drink lots of water, avoid tea and spicy foods. If this persists then take pan d tablet for 7 days before Breakfast daily once. This will help
