Suggest Treatment For Stomach Pain And Loose Motions

I had a pain in my stomach one fine day and started getting loose motion. When the pain become too much to handle that night i started Norflox TZ course for 5 days. Still after completing that course, though i am better, My stomach isnt perfect. I am taking probiotics as well.

* Indicates residual infection / unhealed mucosa of intestine .
* Follow some basic guidelines to get better early
- drink plenty of liquids preferably boiled water, coconut water, lemon juice ,
green tea , coffee , butter milk etc
- take small amount of soft diet with fresh curd at regular intervals
- avoid all oily / spicy / non vegetarian foods / commercial beverages
- avoid over eating / prolong fasting
- remain ambulatory , regular walking , light exercises help
- avoid stress / anxiety
- have regular sound sleep of 6-7 hrs
- avoid sleeping for 2 hrs after meals
- continue probiotics till full recovery
- taking antacids as Prilosec (20)mg morning and evening before meals on
empty stomach , antispasmodic Dicyclomine (20)mg after meals will also
aid in recovery
