Suggest Treatment For Stomach Pain And Acidity

Hi, may I answer your health queries right now ? Pl

would you advice me on the stomach pain

and also the pain observed while empty stomach or full stomach

the food doesnt get digested at all and then i throw up the food ans sometimes diaherria and most of the time i have acidity

the pain reaches from my stomach to my back also

Hello,

Infection could the cause for the given abdomen symptoms if I would be a doctor of this case then I would try to treat this case with a single dose of tablet Secnidazole 1g keeping in mind that it could be the protozoa infection.

If the symptom still persists, then it could be a bacterial infection or both protozoa and bacteria, sometime diet may be the cause, in such situation I would advise getting done the stool culture sensitivity test, and routine blood test.
