Hi,I am Dr. Amitkumar Sharma (Internal Medicine Specialist). I will be looking into your question and guiding you through the process. Please write your question below.
I have been diagnosed with temporal lobe epilepsy for 20 years now. I always get severe stomach cramping at night around 4.00 a.m. and have often woken up on the bathroom floor. I then go to sleep but am always extremely tired the next day. I cannot find any information about stomach cramps being an 'aura' but it certainly is in my case. I am on Rivotril and have tried a couple of other drugs but they just knock me out. Is this stomach cramping usual?
