Suggest Treatment For Stomach Bloating

Hello, I m 38yrs old, approx 5ft9 and 150lbs. I have been getting an uncomfortably bloated stomach occasionally accompanied by increased wind, I seem to have a bubbling sensation between the point of my right hip and navel at times. I also get quite thirsty and have been feeling generally groggy recently.
