Hello, I m 38yrs old, approx 5ft9 and 150lbs. I have been getting an uncomfortably bloated stomach occasionally accompanied by increased wind, I seem to have a bubbling sensation between the point of my right hip and navel at times. I also get quite thirsty and have been feeling generally groggy recently.
Bowel obstruction or infection may present like this. Until examination is done it is difficult to say what it is.
Avoid spicy food and caffeinated drinks. take soft diet. If symptoms not improved please consult your doctor he will examine and treat you accordingly.
