Suggest Treatment For Stomach Ailments

Hi i think i went through a case of gastroenteritis or food poisoning.I had could eat or drink anything for almost 2 days and experienced diarrhea at the same time.Im feeling much better now and diarrhea has stopped but my stool is very light coloured and soft.I havent been eating other stuff except soup and little bread.is this normal?

One thing keep in mind drink plenty of ors liquid and oral fluids.

If your symptoms not improved please consult your doctor he will examine and treat you accordingly.
