Suggest Treatment For Splenic Cyst

Hello Sir, my mother has splenic cyst and sh eis facing with many problems like she is getting vomtings and whole abdominal pain as she wont be able to sleep properly due to the pain.
The cyst is of 24/28 mm size.
Is it dangerous, please let me know what woud be the treatment for this.
