Suggest Treatment For Sore Throat, Cough And Earache

Thanks. I ve been recently diagnosed with rheumatoid arthritis and am on methotrexate. I m currently experiencing a sore throat, cough, and earaches. I m aware of ibuprofen and aspirin not being an option for relief. What can I take to relieve these cold/allergy symptoms?
